Abstract

The communication is seeking to discover the meaning of the virtual world, and what is produced by as virtual communities with their particularities that distinguish them from local communities, passing by the virtual citizen and its synonyms; as the virtual and the digital being, then the form of the digital identity, which is a special kind of identities that characterize today’s societies, in the light of fast changes in the world, that dismantled the citations of space, time and geography, to look at the characteristics of the digital identity in the virtual world, this one was emptied of time and place, in an open environment to different attracting cultures, seeking to form a universal human being with a digital characteristics
