Abstract

The aim of the study: This study seeks to show how the United Arab Emirates has taken serious and effective steps in the field of outer space, and has taken good practical measures to follow up those steps. It is an advanced and modern national institutional and organizational organization, and the UAE currently operates satellites for commercial and military uses for multiple uses. The UAE has also developed cooperation relations with international institutions and organizations and countries interested in the field of space, and it is expected that the UAE program will have many positive economic repercussions in the medium and long future. The UAE has signed three out of five major international space treaties, which are: - The Outer Space Treaty in 1967 CE, which contains the basic legal principles and principles governing the exploration and use of outer space, including the moon and other celestial bodies, an agreement on international liability for damages resulting from Space objects for the year 1972 The Registration Agreement of 1975 CE, which is an agreement on the registration of objects launched into outer space. The UAE is currently looking forward to the possibility of joining the agreement to rescue and return astronauts and return spacecraft launched to outer space
