Privatization and its impact on employment in the general productive sectors in Sudan Sudan Air Condition Study

Abstract

The research aims to study and analyze the impact of privatization and to know the positive and negative effects on Sudanese labor in Sudan Airways Company. The study is important because of the importance of the role played by the privatization process in the performance of duties that the government sector was unable to provide and self-financing for large government projects. The categories that are already operating in the sector and focus on the competent people only increase the unemployment rates.
