Abstract

This research aims to identify the cognitive-behavioral explanation of anger, as anger is the most important basic emotion that, if it controls a person, hinders him from achieving his goals, establishing normal relationships with others, and becoming an unlovable person. Alice explained the feelings of anger as that the individual adopts general irrational thoughts that are harmful to emotional disturbances, including anger, or special irrational thoughts related to anger, or methods of wrong thinking such as should, should, must, and as a result the individual becomes more emotionally disturbed and more feelings of inadequacy and inadequacy
