Sociology from theory crisis issue to a search for replacement -between consociationalism compatiblism and etymology

Upon its originating, sociology had gone through ferocious battles of thought and science for the defence of its legitimacy, especially that of the theoretical field. It however witnessed successive periods of methodological and epistemological conflicts, its pioneers which accelerated the emergence of an actual crisis/issue threatening the scientificity of the science itself. The roots of this issue can be traced back to the philosophical feature/characteristic that distinguished the Renaissance and the French Revolution and led to the accumulation of several philosophical trends/currents, the. As several replacements for the said issue/crisis have been put forth, our focus in this research treatment would be on the of compatiblism/consociationalism, postmodernism, and the Islamic Current attempts in etymology/the etymologization.
