Abstract

After the modernist Transformations experienced by Western thought, thanks to which it moved from the ages of darkness to the lights of thought, Europe defined modernity as a phenomenon or as a project that made it rethink all phenomena and relationships and led to thinking in the post-modern era, where Western thought was able to establish the stage of modernity with reviews and projects on The level of thought and action, and this is what made the Polish philosopher and sociologist Zygmunt Baumann invent new concepts about life, violence and culture to confirm that the time of modernity has led to thinking about the phenomena that were characterized by a solid rigid concept, and by the transformations of modernity it has become a fluid concept, and among these The concepts are the concept of fear and insecurity.
