يهدف هذا المقال للكشف عن أثر الكفايات اللسانية والموسوعية في توجيه عملية تعلم اللغة وفهمها، انطلاقا من الاستراتيجيات التي قدمتها لسانيات التلفظ بصدد عناصر العملية التواصلية والكفايات التي تتطلبها، وذلك عبر تفعيل المقاربة التواصلية التي قدمتها كاترين كبرات أوركيوني، حيث سنحاول استثمار الكفايات الواردة في هذه المقاربة لإبراز دورها في إنجاح عملية تعليم اللغة وتعلمها، للإجابة عن السؤال الإشكالي التالي: إلى أي حد تساعد هذه الكفايات المعلم والمتعلم في توجيه عملية تعلم اللغة وفهمها؟
