Abstract

This article dealt with political, social, and economic events and developments that appeared in the Algerian political system during the rule of the former president of Algeria, Abdelaziz Bouteflika. The popular movement erupted to express a lack of confidence in the regime and governments, and to call for the downfall of the political system and the resignation of President Bouteflika with the aim of change and building a unified and modern national state
