Work vacations in the jurisprudence and Sudanese Law

Abstract

This study the researcher will cast light on their vacation in the labour's law, through it is definition, it nature, types and the its legalization rules, the views of the scholars and law makers and laws accompanying that, otherwise the Sudanese law, to catch the suitable and briefly tackling with the topic, the study reached many findings and recommendations, the important of which is: vacations is considered as a mean of renewing the labour's activity and recovering their normal and spirit forces, so as to come to work for production development , so it configured the benefit for the both parties altogether, it is necessary to set the pertinent vacation laws as duly and compulsory , for not the employer except to fulfill it , and not use the labours circumstances and make them in the contracting relations of the job or to use cunning ways about these rules
