The process of control in any institution, of any kind and activity, has a great importance in reducing and addressing them with the available powers and capabilities; and because of the different types of workers in terms of their functional and personal features , their convictions, and their culture and the circumstances of the work they do, all of that requires choosing an appropriate method that corresponds to these differences, we often find campaints and opposition of the workers to the supervision fallowed quality in the institution, which would make it ineffective, useless and often counterproductive, in addition to that, there are other difficulties related to the application of this process which require the selection, training and guidance of the supervisors of this procedure as well as the good monitoring of those supervisors to be congruent with the special nature of the institution and its personnel, this is what we will try to focus on in this article by addressing the concept of oversight and its importance, and the most important types of oversight in attempt to highlight the categories and the appropriate conditions for its application
