This study aims to shed light on the phenomenon of women and girls’ abuse of narcotics and psychotropic substances in the Palestinian society. The problem of the study is summarized in the main question, which is “What are the reasons for women and girls’ abuse of narcotics and psychotropic substances in the Palestinian society?” Narcotics abuse by women, and the effects of women's abuse of narcotics and psychotropic substances, and the number of the most popular types of narcotics used by women in Palestinian society. The study is divided into two sections: the first topic: the definition of narcotics and psychotropic substances, their types, and the reasons for women’s abuse of narcotics and psychotropic substances, the second topic: the effects of women’s narcotics use and the most famous types of narcotics used by women in Palestine. The study concluded with a set of results and recommendations, and perhaps the most important results are as follows: The reasons and factors that drive girls and women in the world in general and in Palestine in particular to narcotics and psychotropic substances abuse can be classified into personal, environmental, family, cultural, social, occupation, educational, and media factors. economical, satisfactory The effects of women’s abuse of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances are diverse and dangerous and can be divided into physical, organic, psychological, mental, financial, legal and moral damages. Among the most popular narcotic substances that are abused are pills (Tramadol, Ecstasy, soil, Captagon), amphetamines, cannabis, sedatives and hypnotics, and among the most important Recommendations: Paying attention to achieving family safety and women’s psychological health, and reducing authoritarianism, cruelty, or neglect, whether against girls or the wife, and educational and religious institutions to provide awareness programs to raise and strengthen religious faith, adhere to the social and cultural values of children, monitor media, communication, and communicate and urge them to provide materials and programs A specialized educational media worker to protect women and girls from infection narcotics abuse and enabling researchers to access all data and statistics related to narcotics abuse by girls and women to conduct research and studies to contribute to solving and addressing the problem of narcotics abuse and providing the security services, especially the Drug Control Department, with all the necessary capabilities to combat drugs to limit the various Israeli occupation measures that encourage promotion and abuse.
