The jurisprudence of prophetic reform and its impact on achieving social change: aspects of the theory and obstacles to application

Abstract

This research aims at prsenting aspects of the prophetic reform, presenting its ifluence on the subsequent reform trends, unveiling its unique characteristics, and accounting for its impact on the desired social change. The research also tackles the reasons behind the failure of some reform trends. This is done by highlighiting the drawbacks of these trends and by ,also, illumintaing the way for these trends to achieve the objectives of the reform
