Algeria is one of the developing countries that have struggled since independence to make a qualitative leap in the field of comprehensive development, economic and social development, eradicating the effects of the backwardness of colonialism and eliminating many problems that are compounded and aggravated day by day. Especially in urban areas whose official sectors have been unable to accommodate newcomers to the labor market, this has led to the acceleration of unemployment, which has become a concern for politicians and researchers alike. This is despite the interest of the state in employment, and despite the multiplicity of programs and devices that concern the employment of young people, and in light of the nature of the labor market difficult and regardless of the mechanisms and policies that govern and move ,Apart from the argumentality of supply and demand equation in quantitative and qualitative nibbles, we will try in this intervention to answer the following question:What are the implications of the Algerian employment policy on the individual and society?
