This study deals with the obstacles of investment in Sudan, with a suggestion for the solution. The study considered investment in terms of concept and terminology as well as the investment weather in Sudan, with reference to site and the geographic, climatic description, This is besides Sudan natural resources as agricultural lands and waters, Human resources, animal wealth , the basic infra-structure, then pointing obstacles of investment which include, political. Economical, legislative factors with as suggestion for resolution to create suitable invest mental environment . The study concludes that political economic and legislative stability are the important factors in creating good invest mental environment
