Abstract

This paper discusses the problem of regional planning in Morocco. We have tried to identify one analytical model at the level of Morocco. The study also examined a number of challenges and constraints related to this model. The study also included analysis of the website of this institution and measuring its extent to developments and changes Which is known by the digital world, using the methodology of content analysis. The results of the research confirmed that the" Souss-Massa" region in general lives in isolation, and also faces constraints and challenges embodied in levels and areas, including economic, social, and political and tourism, This is a positive image of the region, which prevents effective regional development, but in turn has the potential to be at the forefront of national authorities.
