The organizational culture as an input to strengthen organizational change initiatives in the economic institution

Among the topics that interest the modern institutions so as to ensure the goal of their existence and survival, we find the subject of the organizational culture. Various studies indicate that successful organizations are those that were able to establish a distinct, adaptable and responding to the changes in the external environment organizational culture. Therefore, in this study we try to diagnose the correlation between the organizational culture and the organizational change in the Algerian industrial private corporations
