Abstract

The Development Strategy aims to increase the competitiveness of certain still marginalized areas, such as the Territorial Commune, Ras Laksar in the Northern Eastern Middle Atlas, by developing their territorial resources and improving the living conditions of their population, in order to reduce the disparities between the geographic areas of the region and social categories.
