Characteristics of the Algerian cities - the city of Constantine model

Cities has exposed to changes and complete makeovers which are relied to manufacturing which helped for the crowhing and the raising of people’s need for public spaces and different services especially the social. Although, there are lams, technical, and human resources for construction, illegal building and the destruction of the urban zone keeps growing day after day instead of the artistic and beautiful views of our city, mistakes that have made a big unbalance in the developing and evolution in our Algerian cities. The city of Constantine is one of these cities, which suffer from this problem
