Abstract

The concept of culture is one of the concepts that has drawn a history through intellectual time, which has enabled it to establish its own standards. This is the spirit of development and crystallization on the one hand. On the other hand, our research on the term art, We can find the concept of a very deep historical and philosophical. Therefore, the relationship between art and culture can be considered a dynamic interrelationship, which enabled the development of dimensions on the philosophical and social level. In this study, we find the most important concepts of digging into these two deep concepts within a purely philosophical mechanism , The philosopher A. German Hannah Arendt and the Frankfurt School, which contributed to provide an accurate view of the subject to be studied
