Ilm Al-Omrane, Objectivity, Human PhenomenaAbstract
In his Mokadimah, Ibn Khaldoun had announced the invention of Al-Omran Science as an objective study of human social life. Therefore he tried to define the principals' law of understanding the social life using a thorough method, regarding the particularity of social facts avoiding the trap of subjectivity. As a result, he proposed the conditions of objective study of human life. In this vein, I gather those conditions which are: Axiologic Neutrality, Methodical doubt, Critical Faculty, and Induction, as determinants which represent the principal axes of modern thought. Besides the European thinkers constructed their systematic theories on them which related closely, as an expansion of Khaldounian efforts. To summarise, these conditions are universal and compose the initial and global scientific ethics of research in social sciences
