The legal framework of school violence in Morocco: appraisal and prospects
Keywords:
The legal framework, School violenceAbstract
There’s an abundance of reasons that make school violence a troubling social phenomenon, mainly its negative ramifications on the management of educational establishments and the usage of time and logistics. Therefore, studies analysing this social dilemma are constantly increasing; relying on social and human sciences. However, the legal and institutional approach has not been used sufficiently. To this effect, this paper tries to bring an understanding to school violence regarding it as a failure of the general school system, jeopardising its regular performance, and evokes accordingly the intervention of the rule of law to reduce, prevent and sanction school violence
