Abstract

The University of Algeria has gone through different stages depending on the changes and the economic, social and technological changes that have occurred in the teaching and scientific research, both quantitatively or how we are talking about the reality of this reflection and the methods of teaching and the nature of the information provided by the professors and are able to form efficient tires. On the one hand, the teaching programs were static in the face transformations experienced by the university. On the other hand, teaching methods remained ineffective, which made the university education system a paradox between what is taught and how it is taught and how relevant it is to reality
