Abstract

The image makes different emotions in the lives of people, with a variety of impacts on the psychological and social levels, including the interaction and mobility, as a result of agreement and disagreement on the content of the image, and its effect on the target environment with its exciting content, that reflects the purpose of using it. That’s why the image becomes one of the most adopted educational means nowadays, as it is an educational support that could realize The teaching aims, such as rising the learner's desire to exploit his abilities to examine the image, what makes him exploring his competences, developing his vocabulary, and qualifying him to deal with the image as a symbol and a sign, and gives it the meaning to an extent that the learner feels that he is the initiative part however the teacher is only a controller in the educational process. This educational position shows the importance of the image in the recognition issue and all its connections with the learner’s acquisition of materials.
