Abstract

In cases of re-housing in the new collective housing, the problem lies in the formation of relations of neighborliness, human union and social cohesion, or more precisely the "re-formation" of the "estrangement" resulting from leaving a former inhabited area; But rather a "migration" from an indigenous society towards a new (receptionist) community, with all the consequent changes in the way of life, and in the recruitment of identity in its different dimensions in self-affirmation and coexistence with "others." This reshaping is the essence of our research problem in that it raises the question of the birth of new collective housing in the perception of its inhabitants as a new geographical identity, in the face of the predominance of the surrounding identities associated with the former residential neighborhoods. Our study showed that the concept of neighborhood changes and varies according to a number of indicators, including: previous spatial identity, human form, cultural and geographic affiliation, participation in social and residential history
