The research aims to openes to the originality and distinctiveness of the Hermeneutic reading of the artwork at Martin Heidegger and his student Hans Georg Gadamer ,by choosing the method of comparison as a methodological option , allows to highlight the points of intersection and difference between the two readings, in order to overcome the common perception who believe that Gadamer's interpretation of "truth and method" is a simulation of Heidegger's interpretation of the " artwork originals. The intersection between Gadamer and Heidegger at the methodological level (the adoption of the phenomenological approach supported by an Hermeneutic approach), and at the historical and archeological level (the history and archeology of concepts) does not exclude the originality and differentiation of the readings at the level of goals and intentions
