Educational communication and group dynamics from pedagogical foundation to the development of living skills

The development of the teaching profession and the development of the learner’s life skills is not limited to knowledge related to the content of the study subjects and the appropriate pedagogical training only, but is also based on the extent of mastery of the mechanisms for managing the groups of students that make up the class, and investing in the elements of effective pedagogical communication. And if the scientific studies and educational literature have given great importance to group dynamism and its practical applications, and have enriched the communicative competence tool in the school environment ; Their downloading in quarterly practice is still traditional and routine. This prompted us to approach the role of pedagogical communication and group dynamics in their relationship to managing the department and training groups in developing life skills through the central question: What is the role of the ingredients of the pedagogical communication and group dynamics in developing life skills? The study framed the descriptive approach and content analysis to survey the connotations of the structured concepts of the subject, and to monitor the various interactions between them, to conclude that effective educational communication and group dynamics are the basis for building life skills, because they target the educational, media and value dimensions of the student, as well as the educational process led by the educational supervisor
