Abstract

After nearly two decades since the inauguration of the institutionalization process, it has become clear that the latter is experiencing a real crisis due to the division of the national political community. Even worse, the division of the Amazigh movement on itself regarding many of the fundamental issues of the political identity par excellence, which are truly determining the future features of the nation state. With the fluctuations and the increasing politicization of the institutionalization series, it has become clear that the crisis, in the depth, is a crisis of a frame of reference governing the institutionalization series, in terms of its starting points, goals and outcomes
