Abstract

This field study attempted to encompass disability as a societal situation that concerns society as a whole in terms of its representation, values and interactions. in terms of its cultural and social system as a building block, as well as in terms of its institutions and the correction of its official policy and programmes to support and qualify the public act of disability in Morocco in general, and in the city of SEFROU in particular, describing systematically the analysis and interpretation of the social reality of the various dimensions and manifestations of social, cultural, economic and political disability as field observations of particular concern to a particular society. Begging the foundations of sociological research into it. In particular, the scientific purposes looked forward to a deep understanding of the various challenges and constraints to the logic of the public act in the field of disability in Morocco. Thus, the boundaries of the convergence are revealed on the one hand and the differences between what is stated in the official discourse and what is described and reflected in the societal reality; As a field that has been monitored and contacted through the overall results of this study
