This research is part of a comprehensive study on the issue of evaluation in the Arab educational systems, especially the Tunisian experience, because of the importance of this aspect and its importance in the history of Tunisian society, especially the certificate of primary education stamp and the certificate of baccalaureate. Each station represents a family and social national event that is incurred by all. Each certificate has maintained its status despite successive educational reforms in 1958, 1991 and 2002. The aim of the work is to familiarize itself with the concept of evaluation within its general historical framework and to analyse the concept of evaluation, as well as the history of the most important evaluation stations in Tunisia's contemporary history, in particular the primary education stamp certificate and the Baccalaureate certificate. In addition, the evaluation experience has evolved through some modifications made in French colonial times and after independence, especially during educational reforms in 1958, 1991 and 2002
