In the context of this attempt , we try to raise a humanitarian philosophical problem related to the topic of (the phenomenology conception of education and relationship to the current human culture) which is a topic that is between two levels. the first is limited in the relationship of phenomenology to the educational action , and the second level is limited to the relationship of this phenomenology of education with the new image of the contemporary culture , as it is a scientific culture based on the technological orientation of human life , where we will show how the contemporary education has failed in two attempts.The first attempt is linked to the conception of education as an ideal conception based on an a priori way of the educational act. the second attempt is linked to the conception of education as a purely experimental conception based on a dimensional way of the educational act.after that phenomenological attempts com to draw another dimension to the educational act and confine it to the concrete field , which makes education subject to the philosophy of the “ living” situation , where the educational act is determined on the immediate foundations , which distances the educational process from any prior judgment , just as it distances it from experimental attempts aiming to material educational goals. This is the phenomenological conception of education in that it is a conception whose foundation is education through the idea of the living situation.So if the actual technological culture is a new humanitarian situation , it won’t be in contradiction with the aims of education phenomenology
