Abstract

The present study aims at identifying the effectiveness of error analysis technique in improving the performance of the four arithmetic operations in the fifth year of primary school. students with learning calculation disabilities in Oum el-Bouaghi school. After the screening and diagnosis processes , 11 students were deliberately chosen from a three groups. To answer the main question, we followed the semi-empirical approach which based on the experimental design of a single group.The experiment group received experimental treatment based on teaching approach according to Error Analysis Technique. The tools of current study are :Test of mental capacity (9/11 years), the Test of Calculation Capacity )Introduced by the researcher(, And Technical Activities Based on Error Analysis .After the statistical treatment , the fingings revealed the following : There are differences between the results of the pre-test and the post- test after the adoption of the teaching approach based on Error AnalysisTtechnique
