A diagnostic study of the students' tendency towards the professional competence of the university professor "Teachers of organizational psychology of the state of Annaba model"

The purpose of this study is to identify students' attitudes toward the professional competence of the university teacher, based on a field survey that identified different aspects of the professional competence of the university teacher. Psychology teachers of the organization were taken as representative model. The study was conducted on the basis of a questionnaire as a data collection tool, comprising 18 items relating to the three domains constituting the professional competence of the university teacher, the tool, once developed, was intended for a sample of 23 students, Following the processing of data collected on the basis of appropriate statistical procedures, the following results were presented in the present study: The existence of a positive attitude on the part of students towards the professional competence of the university teacher in terms of knowledge, and on the personal level, and that, on the other hand, it revealed a behaviorally negative attitude of psychology teachers of the organization operating at Badji-Mokhtar Annaba University. The present study concluded with a set of proposals and recommendations
