Abstract

The organization, with its different organizational levels, is wrapped around a set of values; the organization is based on a set of values before its establishment on a set of scientific tools and programs, the organization’s need to pay attention to values and their sub-components within its organizational entity has become more urgent in order to activate all the constituent energies. In spite of the major contributions made by the scientific organization of work, by employing rationalization in the production process, the changes that have occurred in the social structure have imposed new forms of leadership and management, with it emerged the driving force that characterizes the value system and how the organizational levels revolve around it. This research paper is a theoretical study, looking for the stages that accompanied the development of the value system of the organization according to the sociological context and the stakes of the social structure, and how the new forms of leadership and management emerged, in an analytical presentation on the best ways to lead individuals in the organization efficiently and effectively
