Abstract

Distance education is a for; of use of artificial intelligence adopted in the educational process, in the necessity of the health stage, Algeria has adopted its educational structures. By relying on technologies that foreign countries have prepared at a distance at the stages of university education by granting certificates and specialized structures elsewhere. Contexts of the initial application, the learner and the teacher come up against structural obstacle on the one hand and numerical inequalities, taking into account the social distinction between social samples, Therefore, we will try in this article, and with this proposal, to put a sensitive position on which the educational process in Algeria does not depend.
