The researcher dealt with a theoretical framework that included all the variables of the research, and in order to achieve the goal of the research, a positive thinking scale was built. The sample of statistical analysis of (200) students was used. The international steps were followed to build the scale, as well as to extract indicators of honesty and stability, as the number of paragraphs of the scale reached (24) items distributed over Four areas To test the validity of the research hypotheses, the researcher chose a sample of (14) students who obtained scores on the positive thinking scale, As they were divided into two groups (experimental and control) at a rate of (7) students per group - after achieving parity for the two groups - as well as building the remedial program according to the problems presented in the scale according to the method (rational emotional therapy) of the scientist Albert Ellis. The results showed the effectiveness of the program in developing positive thinking among university students
