Abstract

This paper investigates the impact of applying social responsibility programs on the human resources of the organization. Human resources of any organization are the most essential resources in any organization may have and through which the organization can have an everlasting competitive advantage due to increased staff loyalty, enhanced innovation and creativity, thus contributing to the betterment of the organization image and branding. This study is important for many reasons. 1st, it draws the attention of both academic and business circles to the importance having social responsibility programs applied on its internal stakeholders .2nd, the case study comprehensive framework that will elicit whether or not the organization is applying social responsibility programs on it employees or not. The study used the descriptive and analytical research methodology on its population drawn from one of the biggest industrial health projects in the Khartoum state, Sudan. Tabuk pharmaceutical company. primary and secondarydata were collected from relevant literature, and the research questionnaire.
