This paper addresses a group of target groups within the frame of reference for inclusive education. This framework serves as a reference for principals, teachers, and those interested in children with disabilities with regard to inclusive education. The latter deals with a group of categories, which he identified in six categories. We will try to clarify these categories in terms of concept, diagnostic criteria, and severity of these cases. We will rely on internationally recognized classifications (classifications of the World Health Organization and the American Psychiatric Association) to clarify some concepts that have become unreliable, in addition to identifying the levels of severity of these cases and their diagnostic criteria
