This research paper seeks to approach conceptual creativity or conceptual industry in the philosophical proposition, and tries to identify the centrality of the concept in the philosophical proposition, or the role entrusted with building and creating concepts in the philosopher’s work in the field of philosophy, and then the paper raises a problem that leads to: Is philosophy still the same as it was? concerned with producing truth, constructing visions of the world, and a meaning for existence; Is the philosopher still obsessed with formulating grand narratives, or has his work become semantic limited to generating concepts, as a dramatic development in philosophical thinking, trying to transfer philosophy from the utopia of the search for truth to the realm of research tools, considering that concepts are tools or keys that deal with the atmosphere of truth? The paper attempted to approach this problem with two models belonging to two different intellectual systems, one of which is Western "Deleuze", and the other is Arab/Islamic "Abd al-Rahman". The limit of essence to functionalism, and this paper approached the Deleuze attempt in its work on the concept of philosophy itself, and the culinary attempt in its excavation approached the banks of the concept of the deliberative field
