: In this article, we want to studies the issue of educational electronic courses and their importance in developing the language competencies of the Algerian learner, especially during the period of the Corona pandemic, which closed the door of intellectual communication and scientific research between universities in different countries of the world; Rather, in Algerian universities. Teaching in that period was very difficult; Which made universities and educational institutions in all stages from general education to higher education complain about the failure to complete the educational lessons programmed according to the program in force in each academic year and the difficulty of training students, which was direct in the past, such as supervising their notes and providing them with all directions related to research Academic scientific methodologically, linguistically and in content has become today, due to hypothetical compelling circumstances, by electronic means that are not ready and regular, either with the professor, the student, or the entire institution
