The reality of e-learning and ways to develop it from the point of view of faculty members in Palestinian universities

The problem of the study was to study the reality of e-learning and ways of development from the point of view of the faculty members in Palestinian universities, The study aimed to identify the reality of e-learning in Palestinian universities in terms of its use. The study also aimed to identify the positives, negatives, difficulties and obstacles facing e-learning in Palestinian universities, The researchers used the descriptive analytical method to describe the data and variables, The study reached the most important results, the most important of which is that e-learning exceeds the lack of space in the classrooms in universities, there is a weakness in the contribution of e-learning to raising the level of educational attainment among students, there is a weakness in e-learning taking into account the individual differences between students. This paragraph ranked last with a relative weight of (53.54%), The most prominent obstacles to e-learning in Palestinian universities are cutting off electricity during the educational process. In light of the previous results, the study recommends the need to pay attention to providing a special budget for e-learning in Palestinian universities. Develop strategic plans for the development of e-learning, work on developing scientific curricula to keep pace with the digital transformation
