Abstract

Morocco has been engaged in the process of digital transformation, which, as a result of the enormous technological advances that mankind has experienced, has affected life and contributed to improving the quality of the services provided.Social solidarity has benefited from digital advances. Digital solutions have contributed to the establishment of advanced information systems for the collection and storage of data, as well as to the creation of digital communication portals and sites, which have made it easier for Moroccan government institutions and civil society associations to coordinate and provide protection and social solidarity services to the target groups of the Corona pandemic and the Al-Huzz earthquake.Moroccan digital social solidarity still needs a more sophisticated digital infrastructure, a legislative environment that is keeping pace with digital advances, adequate funding to support civil society associations, and mechanisms to promote integrity, transparency, and accountability
