The research aims to provide a sociological perspective on the issues of aging, dying, and death, as well as the crisis of isolation experienced by individuals during old age, characterized by physical and mental frailty. It explores the self-imposed and objective conditions that govern human representation of aging and death, drawing from key sociological and epistemological analyses. The study emphasizes the importance of understanding the intricacies of death, dying, and aging in contemporary times, given their cosmic dimension influenced by disasters, pandemics, and wars, despite significant improvements in the quality of life and mental and physical health. It proposes conditions to mitigate the severity of the concept of mortality by relying on human ingenuity in inventing means that bridge the gap between the world of the living and the dead
