Requirements of Preparing Second Line Management in Higher Education Institutions (Theoretical Study)

Abstract

The study aims to identify the needs of preparing second level leaders in higher education institutions. It led to a number of results, and the most noted ones are: This preparation is an urgent step to raise the standards of future leaders, and it contributes in improving performance, increase productivity, and matches the future needs. It also shows some of the dimentions and needs of this preparation. The researcher submitted several recommendations, and the most important ones are: carry out field studies to diagnose the actual needs of second level leaders and have forums, lectures, and workshops to highlight the needs and put strategies for educational institutions which are interested in preparing leaders
