Elite party production between stability and mobility

Abstract

Morocco has already been witnessing social and economic dynamism since the declaration of Independence. Which has had a clear impact on both the overall political system, and the structure of the political elite in terms of their features and characteristics, as well as the pattern of their production and rotation.In addition, despite its slow pace, the path taken by the party elite in Morocco confirms the existence of a process to produce elites and therefore could be summed up in a number of prominent situations. The latter have a clear impact not only on the circumstances of the emergence of some parties and the fluctuation of their political attitudes in accordance with the circumstances in which the country passes, but also the characteristics of these elite and the channels of its access, which reflects the dynamism of the elite party
