Abstract

The region of Saguia el-Hamra and Wadi El-dhahab has enormous natural wealth that has enabled it to top the list of the richest regions of the African continent. Its strategic geo-strategic location overlooking the Atlantic Sea has also enabled it to have a large fish wealth that has made the world's ships scramble for fishing In addition, the region has the largest phosphate reserves in the world, and the marine wealth with the mineral wealth of phosphate is the mainstay of the economies of Sakia Al-Hamra and Wadi El-dhahab currently exploited, in addition, to the presence of gold, oil, oil and natural gas, which has not yet been officially exploited because of the political problem in the region
