The objective of this study is to determine the economic and social determinants affecting internal migration between the states in algeria, during the period 1998-2008.Through the application of the model of ACP, we find the first rate of literacy and illiteracy rate ,followed by the population per doctor, followed by a lesser degree of the fertility synthesis index ,the average annual growth rate 1998-2008 ,and the rate of education is negative, in the latter, there was a slight impact on the propotion of tin housing in the total housing ,the average size of the family, the rate of employment and the density of the population to decide on migration .The application of the regression test allowed us to identify the ideal model that explains the phenomenon of internal migration, which includes both the annual growth rate, the work rate and the literacy rate.
