Abstract

This article examines the problematic of the the dialectical relationship between social servive programs and protests in the city of Sefrou, through an approach that seek to understand and analyse the contexte in which the act of protest is designed in accordance with the deprivation of need who the indicators are very high in this city, wish characteristics that reveal the recall of the past and present of the protest act. This approach has led to a new understanding of the dynamics of the protests in Morocoo in general, and Sefrou particular, by moving from repressive confrontation mechanisms to the adoption of the public act of social servive programmes as a from of control and soft control to absorb the spark of protest and contai nits repercussions
