Abstract

The problem of residential construction and urbanization has become the main focus of many specialists, academics, civil society actors, residential construction, in Morocco, is a filed in which many actors take part and intersect with many institutions on the central, regional and local levels. The importance of this topic is reflected in raising public debate on the issue of residential construction in the small cities of Morocco, especially in the city of Chichaoua which has known a modern urban expansion thanks to factor s such as geographical location, the geographical transformations that has taken place recently, this has brought many problem, such as informal housing, sewage pollution and severe real estate speculation into existence, which has affected the urban area of the city. In spite of the intervention of the responsible of on construction field in the area, it remains weak and insufficient the problem of the city
