Abstract

Monographic studies are methods and techniques that the non-formal cultural and educational institution can benefit from to confirm the value of the impact it has on the social, cultural, and educational levels. By applying them it will have the advantage of increasing her diagnostic capacity, using tools to collect data, and transmitting the practice in the most precise details. The objective of the process will be the development, in line with the institution's profile, of a register of practices for research, management and administration purposes in immediate, medium, and strategic terms. In this article, we have explained the way in which monographic studies are invested in cultural heritage (the folk tale) and I included in the end an example of a survey to the profile of the institution of cultural and educational action
