Scientific Paper Entitled (Factors leading to divorce and divorcing in Sudan) (A case study of River Nile State)

The tow phenomenon of divorce and divorcing are considered to be serious social problems which lead to the destruction. The study has aimed to detect the scope of the expansion of these two phenomenon’s in the River Nile state.Data were taken from Atbara partial court as sample for the study between the year 2010 to the year 2014 in terms of the number of marriages per year and the number of divorce and divorcing cases. The study hypotheses suggest in the state in addition to the fact that there was no moral effect for several variables on divorcing such as (divorcing for financial reasons, divorcing for harm, …etc). To ensure the appropriateness of theseresearchers has used the descriptive and analytical such as Bar charts and multiple linear regression.The study results have shown that there arise in percentage of divorce and divorcing in the state due to divorcing for money, harm, discord, insolvency and lake of support and divorcing for being absent. The researchers has suggested some recommendations to name only a few: Raising the awareness of the importance of solving the family problems through the dialogue and the importance of carrying out the family responsibilities to preserve the marriage ties
